Los Romanes is situated 44 kilometres from Malaga and 18 kilometres from the coast at Torre del Mar at a height of 700 metres and with a population of 600. It is situated above the shores of Lake Viñuela and enjoys spectacular views for all aspects of the village. The village has several shops and some excellent bars and restaurants.
